Thanks to recent developments, there are now more choices available than ever for patients who require orthodontic treatment. Invisalign is a great option for patients who would like to have their teeth straightened – but feel self-conscious about having noticeable brackets and wires bonded to their teeth.
Invisalign aligners are completely transparent - making it very hard for other people to notice that you are wearing them, even when you are talking or laughing.
They are also removable, which allows you to eat and drink all the foods that you love, as well as clean your teeth normally.
"I had a fantastic experience with Eledent dental when I had Invisalign fitted. I had always hated my wonky teeth and that was all I saw in photos. Now I have straight teeth and I could not be happier.
Aman was very good at keeping in touch and reassuring me that everything was going well. They are such a friendly warm team there too and really make you feel welcome.
I would travel all the way from Dorset just to go to this dentist. A* dentist"Hannah Khanna (Nov 2021)
"I had been with my previous dentist since childhood and so it was a bit daunting joining a new dental practice. However, the entire team could not have been more welcoming.
The niggles I had with my teeth and signs of wear had always been brushed off by my previous dentist but Aman listened, and gave me some very sound advice that would help with my over-crowding and reduce wear and tear moving forward.
I opted to have six months of Invisalign. I am delighted with the results. I no longer get discomfort from crowed teeth and I have a much nicer smile as a result.
Aman kept a close eye on my progress throughout my treatment and this meant there were no delays and I was always reassured that my treatment was progressing well."Alison Mills

Invisalign aligners can effectively treat a wide variety of orthodontic conditions, including crooked teeth, over and under-bites and overcrowding.
Your dentist will be happy to assess your individual needs and advise the most appropriate form of treatment.
The process involves creating a series of bespoke aligners that, when worn as advised, gradually manoeuvre the teeth into the desired position.
The dentist will initially assess your teeth to determine the best treatment for you. Invisalign may not be the most appropriate treatment for your case and we will advise you of the options that are available to you.
If you are suitable for Invisalign treatment then we will first take impressions of your teeth so that your bespoke aligners can be created. These are then collected at your next appointment and your dentist will show you how to use them correctly.
Return appointments then take place every six to eighteen weeks, where we will supply you with the next set of aligners and check progress.
The treatment typically takes between 6 to 18 months, with the exact time dependent on each individual case and the extent to which the teeth need to be moved.
The aligners must be worn every day for at least 22 hours as advised.
